Nirīkṣayā is not designed to move talent out of Nepal for good. It is designed to widen what talented students can become — and to make sure what they gain finds its way back to the communities and students who come next.

Aptitude-based evaluation alongside academic review, designed to measure reasoning rather than access to tuition.

A personal essay and interview exploring ambition, motivation and how each student hopes to contribute to their community.
- 04Match
Connect scholars with partner schools and scholarship programmes that fit their goals.
- 05Support
Help address tuition, accommodation and other necessary costs where they would otherwise stand in the way.
- 06Mentor
Continuing academic and social mentorship from students and alumni who have made the same transition.
- 07Multiply
Scholars go on to mentor future Nirīkṣayā students and bring their skills and networks home.
